What we collect

When you fill in the order form, we collect only what we need to reach you and deliver your order: your name and your phone number. We do not ask for, or store, card details, because payment is made on delivery. Our website also collects standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and the page that referred you) through cookies and analytics.

How we use it

• To call you back and confirm your order, address and delivery time.
• To arrange dispatch and delivery, and to take payment on delivery.
• To provide customer support and handle returns under our 14-day guarantee.
• To measure and improve our advertising and website performance.

Who we share it with

We share your name and phone number only with the partners that fulfil your order: our order-processing and call-centre partner, and the courier that delivers to you. We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Service providers act on our instructions and are required to keep your data secure.

How long we keep it

We keep your order details only for as long as needed to complete the order, meet legal and accounting requirements, and handle any after-sales matter. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights
